Anna Adkins is a passionate and dedicated educator and professional. She has been teaching for over 41 years, and has a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology.   In those years she has taught from pre-school to university classes, but her passion is elementary students. She believes education is the key to success and strives to provide a fun nurturing learning environment for her students. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing the lightbulb moments when a student has a breakthrough in their understanding of a concept. Because learning is her passion she hasn’t been able to stop learning.  She has a BS in Elementary Education from Atlantic Union College, a MEd in Special Education from Fitchburg State University, and a PhD in Leadership with a research concentration in Mathematics Education from Andrews University. Throughout her years in education, Jesus has been her guide. She hopes each child learns to trust and follow His voice.
